Vibrational Sound Healing

Let a close friend read this to you, and you do as instructed.

.

Take a deep breath in..

And as you breath out, let out a sound.  Any sound that wants to make its way past your lips.

.

Take another deep breath in..

And again, let out a sound as you breath out.  Let it roar.  Make it loud.

.

Deep breath in..

Breathe out.

Deep breath in..

Hold it.

.

Let it out..  This time with one tone, such as ‘Aaah’..   Hold that note as long as you can..

Sounds can be used for space clearing.  Sound can also be used to heal the temple we call our bodies..  Sound Healing..

Either way, when you tune in with the sound your vocal chords wish to make, it will be perfect and do the job needed at the time.

.

Imagine you are in a cave.

Let out a sound between your lips.  Just one pure note, again, such as ‘Aaah’.

.

Hold it.  Let it resonate throughout the cave.

Hear the harmonics that this one pure note creates.

Harmonics are the accompanying vibrations produced from a single sound.  Harmonics are generally heard as a fullness in sound.  They add to the quality of sound.

There is a video I saw recently, in which harmonics are produced electronically to vibrate a table covered in sand.  A pattern is created in the sand, due to the harmonics.

.

Every time the harmonic  sound is increased in pitch the pattern would change, and become more refined.  The patterns reminded me of crop circles.

.

This same principle works on our bodies and the space around us, every time we let a sound escape our lips.  Yes, including speaking.

That is why our voice particularly, is a very powerful tool, which can be used to disadvantage, or advantage.

The power of the words you speak, for example, can be used to enhance or belittle.

.

How often have you encouraged another individual with kind words?

Do you realize how powerful that is?

.

Not only with the intent of the words you used, but the tone in which your said them.

.

Tonality and intent create a very powerful force with which to heal or vibrate at.

Healing can be basically explained as, increased vibration in the body.

Sounds that can be used to heal the body, and, or space clearing, are:

* ROM: A variation on the word OM.  ROM is a centreing and grouding sound.  If you feel yourself unable to commit to life, or you are unsure of your direction in life, this is a great sound to tone frequently.  Take a deep breath in, hold your breath, and when you breath out, let out the sound of ROM.  Continue the sound as long as your breath will last.  Do this at least three times, preferably seven, in the morning, for twenty-eight days, and you will see a shift in your ability to stay grounded in life.

Does it matter if the sound is higher or lower pitched?

Not really.  To begin with make sounds at the pitch that feels most comfortable for you.

* YUM: Often used to bless food with. It is a heart opening sound which fills you with compassion, and overflowing tenderness, when used consistently.

Then there are sounds that may sound like creatures, birds, laughing, etc.  It is best to intuitively allow the sounds you make to be voiced.  As was mentioned before, whatever the sound is in that moment is perfect for the situation, when you are following your intuited guidance.

The best way to follow  your intuited guidance, is to trust in yourself.
